As one of the founding members of Fiabci Belgium, the IVV is also member of Fiabci International

Fiabci International is one of the largest real estate organizations in the world, with an extensive number of members in 65 countries. Over 100 professional real estate organizations and training statutes are affiliated. Fiabci International also has a special advisory function and assistance mission at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

Fiabci International has many real estate managers, project developers, brokers, architects, real estate investors and financiers and institutional investors among its members.

As a member of the international Fiabci network,  the IVV can offer its members assistance with foreign real estate transactions or investments. At the same time, the IVV provides a designated point of contact for foreign real estate investors or promoters entering the real estate market in Belgium.
